If you authorize Bapu Company to receive utility information through PG&E Share My Data or another program, you represent that you are the account holder or are lawfully authorized to act for the account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted during authorization. Access remains subject to the utility’s rules, availability and revocation process.
3. Privacy and security
Our handling of personal and utility information is described in the Privacy Policy. Our public security controls are summarized in the Data Security Policy. These documents are incorporated into these Terms.
4. Informational content
Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding quotation, warranty, professional advice or offer to sell unless stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative.

Bapu Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising solely from use of this public website.
